Stephane Gringer, Secretary
Stephane Gringer is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor known for helping business leaders cut through complexity by identifying the real problems underneath the visible ones and building the systems to solve them. Companies across industries bring him in when the path forward isn't clear, and leave with strategies that are both actionable and built to last. He co-founded Voxaic, a company that helps organizations adopt new tools and technologies responsibly, without losing the clarity and consistency that makes them trustworthy.
Alongside his professional work, Stephane has long been committed to the nonprofit sector — contributing published research and presenting at national conferences on homelessness and community support. That parallel commitment reflects a belief he's carried throughout his career: that access to the right opportunity, at the right moment, changes everything.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics from Syracuse University and is an active contributor to May Sands Montessori School. Joining the Reach for Greatness board is a natural extension of that same commitment to his community.
