Stephane Gringer is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor known for helping business leaders cut through complexity by identifying the real problems underneath the visible ones and building the systems to solve them. Alongside his professional work, Stephane has long been committed to the nonprofit sector — contributing published research and presenting at national conferences on homelessness and community support. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics from Syracuse University and is an active contributor to May Sands Montessori School. Joining the Reach for Greatness board is a natural extension of that same commitment to his community.
