Shawn Tracey brings a wealth of legal, business, and leadership experience to the Reach for Greatness Board. A graduate of the University of Toledo, he holds both a J.D. from the College of Law and an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management.

Professionally, Shawn has spent nearly two decades in the energy sector with Marathon Oil Corporation, where he currently serves as Vice President of Business Development. His career has also included international leadership as General Counsel and Secretary of Equatorial Guinea LNG Company, S.A., as well as legal and business development roles spanning North American operations and global projects.

Beyond his corporate career, Shawn is deeply committed to community service. He has served as a board member for Gigi’s Playhouse in Sugar Land, Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families, and Sandal Gap Studios, a community-focused arts and education initiative. His dedication to volunteering reflects a strong belief in creating opportunities and empowering others.

Now a full-time resident of Key West, Shawn embraces island life with his wife and their two daughters. An avid boater, he enjoys spending time on the water and making the most of the vibrant Keys community. His combination of professional expertise, nonprofit leadership, and personal passion for family and community makes him a valued addition to the Reach for Greatness Board.
