Our Mission: Reach for Greatness Inc. awards scholarships to rising 9th-12th grade students in the Florida Keys who have bold ambitions – those who strive for greatness even before graduating from high school. Whether it’s a summer program, internship, leadership retreat, or creative opportunity, we fill a critical gap in program funding for students who have little to no access to scholarships at these grade levels.

Founded by a young visionary who struggled to find funding for a prestigious program at Columbia University, Reach for Greatness was born out of firsthand experience - and the determination to change the game for others.

Reach for Greatness is honored to serve as the Official Charity Partner and benefiting nonprofit of the 2026 Race World Offshore World Championships in Key West this November. Through this partnership, race fans, sponsors, participants, and supporters will have opportunities throughout race week to help fund scholarships and educational opportunities for Florida Keys students. Race World Offshore founder Larry Bleil, who calls Key West home when he is not traveling the world producing premier offshore racing events, understands the importance of investing in the local community, with his own son attending school in the Keys. Together, Reach for Greatness and Race World Offshore are turning the excitement of World Championship offshore racing into life-changing opportunities for the next generation, helping local students pursue their goals, discover new opportunities, and reach their full potential.
